Lennox was a small furnace company started by Dave Lennox in the 1800’s. It made its mark as the first furnace company to manufacture a riveted furnace. Dave Lennox sold Lennox to a man named David Norris in 1904, and since then, then company has retained the name, expanded into the air conditioning industry, and is now an international HVAC company.
Lennox, is the parent company of other name brand heating and cooling systems which owns Ducane, Armstrong, Concord, Allied and AirEase brands. Lennox has been one of the larger name brands for HVAC systems along with other like Carrier and Trane, however, over the past few years the Lennox name brand has been taking a bit of a downturn. One of the biggest problems with Lennox is that all of their parts are proprietary. Unlike other manufacturers who use similar or even the same internal components, you have to go through Lennox directly to get parts for furnace or air conditioner repairs.
While this can be a tough when trying to get a repair done in a timely manner, you won’t have to worry when getting your Lennox heating and cooling system serviced from one of our trained professionals. We will make sure that we can get the necessary service and parts that you need to service or repair your Lennox furnace and A/C unit.
