Meet the Business Owner: Vicki Haynes
My name is Vicki Haynes and I started with a local appliance repair business in 1983, when I moved to Kansas City to be closer to my Son. Once I was here I wanted to use the skills and knowledge I had acquired diligently working in the family business. I wanted to start up my own family business, and begin making a life for myself and my family.
Once we had established a name for appliance repair, I noticed there was a need to help our current clients with heating and cooling repair. So I decided to start adding furnace and air conditioner repairs to our family business.
My goal was to build and maintain long-term relationships with my clients, and I wanted Able Heating and Cooling to become a house hold name. I believe that kindness and generosity are the most important aspect of owning a business. My passion and beliefs of providing outstanding customer service has played a huge role in the success of Able Heating and Cooling. We have grown by understanding what works best in your home and will continue to do so.
